      SLIP AGENT
   All types of polymers are huge molecules with high molecular weight with high melt viscosity. In fact, plastics form in melt under high pressure and by going by nozzles, channels, pipes and moulds in the shortest possible time.

   To gain highest level of production rate with lest energy consumption, it is necessary to decrease the melt viscosity as far as possible. Adding slip agents and lubricants can affectively decrease interior and exterior friction.

   Slip agent is a correctional additive which acts as an interior lubricant and during or after process will migrate to the surface and causes sensible decrease in friction. In the other word, it coats the surface by an unseen thin layer of this agent to decrease the friction actor and as an affect to provide required slippery property in the surface.

Characteristics:

§ Slip agents as an applicable range of Masterbatch designed to expose high anti-friction properties.

§ 50-2000 is a masterbatch that improve plastic processing by improving lubricant and slip characteristics and decreasing the cohesion of melt to machinery parts.

      UV STABILIZER
  Ultra violet radiation from sun or other illuminant sources can cause bad effects on plastic raw materials or final products.

   UV radiation breaks chemical bonds in plastics. This happens in a process which is called photo-degradation and makes some effects such breaking apart, cracking, color changes and missing physical properties as impact power, elasticity…

   Light stabilizers add to plastic resins to improve resistance of polymeric parts against light. This kind of additives prevents further undesired effects of natural or synthetic lights on plastic parts such as color change and gradual decrease in physical properties or effects on appearance of plastics.

Characteristics:

      ANTI-STATIC

  All polymers, because of their organic chemical properties are electricity isolators. But the necessity for this property is to have ability for absorbing and keeping static electricity which will quickly be unloaded in contacts by other surface with lower electricity level.

   Anti-Static agent, in fact, is a media that provide the electrical conductivity by applying moisture absorber agents, so it will prevent loading of static electricity on the plastic surface.

This product will prevent focus and loading of static electricity on any plastic parts. By applying it, you can gain an anti-static product with the best quality.

  Anti-static granule is a masterbatch that solved problems for working with powder form additives (such low compatibility with other additives, low stability, beauty decreases and dust), so effectively.

      PE WAX

Characteristics:

      FLAME RETARDANT

  Almost all of plastic because of being organic are flammable. Attempts for developing heat resistant plastics are increasing by daily increase of plastic consumption. Now technology can offer us some kind of additives with flame retardant properties and that really helps to vast plastic applications and safety.

   Please, note not to misunderstand the flame retardants by anti fire or heat resistance additive.

Characteristics:

§ This additive has no effects on the color of final product.

§ It will decrease the risk of fast fire expansion causes by firing plastic parts.

Advantages:

      Flame retardant masterbatch designed to expose some heavy duty and good flame retardant properties.

      PROCESSING AID

  In the extrusion of LLDPE film processing problems like melt fracture, sharkskin, die buildup, reduced output, and poor optical properties are often noticed. With the addition of processing aid masterbatch these processing problems can be reduced or eliminated.

  This additive is a concentrate of processing aids in pellet form. It contains fluoroelastromers in a PE carrier

Characteristics:

§ Processing aid masterbatch has been designed in a way to be applied in industry very easily.

§ Volatile content: <0.3%

§ The performance of this additive may be affected by HALS – and Nickel salts- based UV stabilizers and by amine based antistats.

§ This product should be stored in a cool and dry place, away from direct sunlight.

      ENGINEERED POLYMERS

  Engineered polymers or calcium carbonate masterbatches are a kind whit different percentage of Calcium Carbonate based on polyolefin carrier resins. These are fillers for polyolefin resins.
